Longbridge House Accommodation Sleeps17

Longbridge House was originally a 19th century Coaching House, now transformed into the perfect self catering Holiday accommodation. It offers very spacious yet cosy accommodation, with a wealth of period features, stone floors, oak doors, window seats, the list goes on. The centrally heated House, also features woodburners, and inglenook fireplaces.

Entrance Hall & Boot Room

Utility Room with washing machine & tumble dryer, sink area, wall cupboards and WC with wash-basin.

Drawing/Games Room Very spacious room with stone floors, window seat and woodburner. Large leather sofas, Pool Table and Table Football, Music Centre.

Snug Very cosy room, again with window seat, large inglenook fireplace with woodburner. Large comfy sofas, Television with freeview and dvd. This room features stone walls and and exposed beams.

Dining Room Large room with dining table able to seat 14 people, door opens out onto the Kitchen Garden, again with stone walls.

Morning Room captures all the morning sun, over looking the enclosed rear garden, and the farmland beyond, often with cows with their heads over the fence. Large Inglenook fireplace and again with large comfy sofas.

Kitchen with kitchen table, fitted units, dishwasher, freezer, double fridge 4 oven AGA, electric double oven. Outside door leading onto the Kitchen Garden.

Shower Room Fully tiled with WC, wash-basin and shower cubicle, this room also acts as the swimming pool changing room.

Bedroom 4 Another room with views over the river, window seat, wood paneling, and a huge bathroom, with bath, WC, wash-basin. Double or 2 single beds, television.

Bedroom 5 Twin bed room overlooking the rear garden and hills beyond, en suite with bath, WC and wash-basin, television.

Bedroom 6 Twin bed room, next to bedroom 5 with the same features.

Bedroom 7 Two bedded room, with en suite, bath, WC, wash-basin.

A glorious warm indoor swimming pool always at the ready !

The pool is an integral part of the house having access from the morning room perfect for early morning or late night dips !

The pool is 24`x 11` and has a deep end depth of approximately 6` and a shallow end depth of approximately 3`.

A table and chairs compliment the pool, and a changing/shower room is directly outside the main pool door. An outside door leads out onto the kitchen garden, perfect for sunny days of sunbathing and a cooling dip.

The pool at Longbridge is an amazing feature which we try to keep available at all times, however it is not a play pool, it is a pool to relax and enjoy, we have a strict policy which does not allow any diving, jumping or other boisterous behaviour, this is to ensure that the pool, machinery or pool room does sustain damage. We feel sure you will understand.
