Treatments are subject to a minimum spend of £50 due to the rural location.
Extra Central Heating & Hot Water.
Our central heating and hot water systems are pre set to come on twice per day, in the morning, [also at midday for Longbridge House] and in the evening, if you feel that you require further heating and hot water, perhaps if you are planning to stay in all day, or have elderly or young guests, we have an option to set the heating and water to be constantly on.
This is charged at the rate of £35 per day, and must be for your complete stay and pre booked before your stay.[Central Heating not used in warm months]
Sacks Of Logs.
Sacks of dry seasoned hardwood logs £15 per sack . Please note, these must be ordered and paid for at least one week before your stay.

Riding

Hack out from our stables in Branscombe, and explore the beautiful coastal contryside and lanes, or explore the nearby woods with cross country jumps.
Lessons are available, either on the run or perhaps in one of our schooling areas.
Beach Riding trips are also possible using our own horsebox.
